Job Title: Cannabis Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Cannabis Sales Professional to join our team.

  • Assist customers in finding their preferred products, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Participate in product education and learning opportunities to stay up-to-date on new products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Cash handling and POS experience in retail, hospitality, or food services.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven ability to exceed guest expectations.
  • Proactive in acquiring product knowledge to serve guests confidently.
  • Selling It Right certification and minimum age of 19.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for the Cannabis industry; knowledge of cannabis is an asset.
  • High ethics, values, integrity, and trust.
