About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Cloud Transformation Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and guiding customers in their adoption of AWS Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business outcomes by articulating accelerated customer outcomes through cloud transformation.
  • Execute long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps with a high bias for action to deliver results in ProServe and Platform bookings in the near term.
  • Develop a unified account plan and pursuit plan that aligns with the AWS account team.
  • Establish executive relationships across business and technology groups, as well as executive sponsorship of programs.
  • Establish an internal network at AWS, particularly with internal organizations critical to success, including the account team, partner team, global services organization, finance, and legal.
  • Deliver on annual bookings, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets with deal structure aligned with defined customer outcomes and AWS ProServe business objectives.
  • Support scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the ProServe team.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of professional services experience.
  • Experience selling consulting and professional services.
  • Senior-level executive engagement and advisory experience.
  • Experience selling cloud computing (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS) services and its benefits, as well as the impact on enterprise transformation.
