This is an exciting opportunity to join CGC Recruitment as a Capital Works Sector Leader for our NSW office. We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our capital works sector, driving growth and delivering innovative projects across various industries.

About the Role

As a Capital Works Sector Leader, you will be responsible for building out and leading the capital works sector in NSW, leveraging our strong presence in the region to drive growth and expand our client base. You will work closely with our Directors to develop a strategic plan to take our consultancy across the East Coast of Australia, and manage a high volume portfolio of capital works projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of at least 10 years of experience operating in the Capital Works, Fit-Out, or Asset Management space, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. They will also have a strategic vision and previous experience in scaling businesses, as well as excellent leadership and management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the capital works sector in NSW, driving growth and delivering innovative projects.
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to expand our client base and grow the business.
  • Manage a high volume portfolio of capital works projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Work closely with our Directors to develop and implement business strategies, aligning with company goals and objectives.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $275,000 per annum, plus bonuses and benefits. You will also have the opportunity to work with a collaborative and dynamic team, contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience operating in the Capital Works, Fit-Out, or Asset Management space.
  • Strong network of client relationships, with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Strategic vision and previous experience in scaling businesses, with excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Able to recruit and build out the team and division, driving growth and expansion.
