The Role:

We seek a skilled and driven individual to join our Capital Markets team as a Vice President.

You will have a broad mandate across debt and leveraged capital markets, structured products, and strategic equity derivatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and execute capital markets transactions related to M&A, refinancing, growth, and capital management.
  2. Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying new transaction opportunities and driving business growth.
  3. Collaborate with internal sector coverage teams to provide innovative solutions and impactful pitching materials.
  4. Support the development of more junior team members.
  5. Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulations, and competitive dynamics.

About You:

  1. 6+ years of experience in investment banking with expertise in debt capital markets, leveraged finance, and structured finance.
  2. Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to expand expertise across these areas.
  3. Proven track record of independently managing and executing transactions.
  4. Ability to convey complex structures in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to origination and relationship-building.
