Seeking a skilled Landscape Architect to lead the design of councils capital works projects. Located in Sydney's CBD, this 12-month contract offers a day rate of $450-$600 + Super.

  • Project Leader: Manage and oversee various projects including community, sporting and childcare facilities, as well as commercial facility upgrades.
  • Focused Initiatives: Undertake feasibility studies, develop project briefs, and engage external design consultants to create and document projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple project phases, from initiation and feasibility to concept design, documentation, and construction. Core skills include proficiency in Vectorworks, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite.

About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design process, collaborating with external consultants, and ensuring high-quality results. Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping public spaces that benefit the community.
