As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a vital role in breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships with key decision-makers. You'll collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation strategies and consistently achieve targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.

The Job
As an SDR, your day-to-day role will include:
- Generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including email, phone, and social media outreach
- Identifying and qualifying prospective clients by understanding their needs and challenges
- Scheduling product demonstrations for qualified prospects with Account Executives
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies
- Consistently achieving monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years experience as an outbound SDR
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a strong growth mindset
- Strong written communication and ability to craft email copy and sequence campaigns that convert
- Adaptability and comfort in a fast-paced environment
- Active relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external teams
