Job Title: Marketing and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced marketing professional to join our team as a Marketing and Business Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and market visibility for a top-tier law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Develop and manage content, digital marketing initiatives, and brand positioning strategies
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and client targets
  • Support the preparation of proposals, pitches, and presentations for new business
  • Coordinate events, conferences, and networking activities to increase firm visibility and client engagement

Requirements:

  • Australian citizens eligible for the UK Youth Mobility Visa (Aged 18-30)
  • Minimum of 2 years in marketing or business development roles within a law firm
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Law, or related field preferred
