Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our South Pacific Field Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding technical support and service to our customers in your assigned territory. You will diagnose and repair Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs), networking equipment, and other NCR products, as well as manage parts and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair complex technical issues with ATMs, networking equipment, and other NCR products
  • Manage parts and inventory to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Work autonomously in the field and office, with minimal supervision
  • May require prolonged travel, carrying and lifting tool kits and/or parts of varying weights (1-20kg)
  • Some interstate travel may be required

Requirements

  • Must have PC hardware and software repair experience
  • Electro-mechanical device repair and aptitude
  • Previous experience with ATM and Self-Service Checkout repairs
  • Network experience
  • Passion for new technology
  • Willing to travel and complete service calls as assigned
  • Able to work autonomously, professionally, and be an excellent communicator
  • Valid Australian State Driver's license
  • Strong customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • A valid full-time Australian working visa, Permanent Residence, or Citizenship
  • Be in Australia and able to commence work within a 4-6 week period
