Job Description

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and management skills to deliver store financial targets and company key performance indicators. The successful candidate will create a warm and genuine customer service experience and build a team empowered to exceed within the retail store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales, profit, and achieve all KPIs as set by the company
  • Provide inspirational leadership, training, and developing team capability
  • Lead with a focus on strong people management
  • Maintain a focus on commercial acumen ensuring the team has an understanding of the store's performance
  • Manage effective control of costs
  • Drive a customer-centric culture creating a warm and genuine customer service experience
  • Adhere to all company behaviours, policies, and procedures
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in managing high sales turnover, multi-site retail fashion stores
  • A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports, and generating efficient rosters
  • Demonstrated experience in managing for profit, with a commercial approach
  • Experience managing the performance, training, and development of a large team
  • Skills associated with driving productivity with team members
  • Ability to build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership
