Highly Skilled Medical Receptionist Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Maroubra practice.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to all patients and manage the front desk reception with poise and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet patients warmly and welcome them into the Centre.
- Collect and enter patient details accurately into the database.
- Schedule appointments as needed and handle telephone calls and enquiries professionally.
- Provide administrative support and perform ad hoc duties with a positive attitude.
The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-orientated and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to these key responsibilities, experience with Pracsoft/Medtech software would be an asset to this role.
Requirements:- Candidate must have exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailed and organized with a focus on quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
