Key Role in Veterinary Training

This is a fantastic opportunity for veterinary nurses to take on a new challenge and expand their skills in a dynamic setting. As a key member of the training team, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging training sessions for veterinarians.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and time-management skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A relevant tertiary qualification in a veterinary discipline is also essential.

Key responsibilities include workshop coordination, cadaver preparation, equipment setup, WHS inductions, welcome addresses, catering management, and point of contact for general inquiries. You will also provide training support to educators and oversee cleanup and re-bagging of cadavers.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a veterinary discipline.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive materials with care and discretion.
