Role Overview

Our Salesforce practice spans Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Omni Studio, and Health Cloud. We are expanding into Utilities and Energy Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architectural Design: Develop and articulate Salesforce architecture solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and best practices.
  • Project Leadership: Lead technical aspects of Salesforce implementation projects, including planning, design, development, and deployment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, business analysts, and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Customization and Integration: Design and implement custom Salesforce applications and integrations with external systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables by conducting code reviews, providing technical guidance, and adhering to best practices.
  • Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and integration specifications.
  • Mentoring and Training: Mentor junior team members and provide training on Salesforce best practices and new technologies.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Stay updated with Salesforce platform advancements and continuously seek opportunities to improve our technical capabilities and service offerings.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Technical Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, with a strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Omni Studio, and Health Cloud.
  • Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, and certifications in Utilities and Energy Cloud or other Industries Clouds are highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and integration tools.
  • Leadership: Proven experience leading technical teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
