We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our team at Informatica Corp. As a key member of our Technical Sales team, you will play a critical role in formulating comprehensive technical account plans and strategies, and leading sales engagements to their technical conclusion.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and partners to develop and execute technical account plans and strategies.
- Lead sales engagements to their technical conclusion, ensuring successful deployment and usage of Informatica Data Management Cloud solutions.
- Drive success by understanding customer use cases and crafting technical solutions that meet their needs.
- Engage in in-depth architectural discussions with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure that solutions are optimized for successful deployment and usage.
- Develop and deliver customized demos and technical workshops with minimal assistance from senior architects or field engineers.
- Conduct technical workshops with customers and provide feedback on product gaps using Vivun.
- Partner with the Customer Success team to drive consumption and support customer nurture activities.
- Report to the Technical Sales Manager and contribute to pipeline generation through the delivery of technical workshops and other sales activities.
- Intermediate certification on at least 1 cloud ecosystem and 1 data-related cloud technology.
- Advanced knowledge of security for cloud computing.
- Expert-level skills for Informatica services and product capabilities in respective major or area of focus.
- Ability to engage VP/Director customer personas.
- Credibility with data engineers, data scientists, and other technical personas.
- Expert storytelling and presentation skills across multiple horizontal and vertically specific use cases.
- Advanced technical knowledge of hybrid deployment of software solutions, data warehousing, database, and/or business intelligence software concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create and execute on a strategic technical account plan.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in data integration, master data management, or data governance.
- 10+ years of presales/technical sales or consulting experience.
