Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Architect to join our team at Wipro Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in architecture planning and design of our platforms, as well as managing their day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise in architecture planning and design of our platforms
  • Manage day-to-day operations of our platforms, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and developing fixes
  • Plan and manage upgradations, migration, maintenance, backup, installation, and configuration functions for our platforms
  • Review technical performance of our platforms and deploy ways to improve efficiency, fine-tune performance, and reduce performance challenges
  • Develop shift rosters for the team to ensure no disruption in platform operations
  • Create and update SOPs, data responsibility matrices, operations manuals, daily test plans, data architecture guidance, and other relevant documents
  • Provide weekly status reports to client leadership teams and internal stakeholders on platform activities, progress, updates, status, and next steps
  • Leverage technology to develop Service Improvement Plans (SIPs) through automation and other initiatives for higher efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Expert knowledge of our platforms, applications, and databases
  • Understanding of IT industry trends and technologies
  • Strong technical skills, including architecture planning, design, and implementation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
