We are seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Director to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning in Belgrave Heights.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead our educational program, collaborate with our center leadership team, and contribute to the growth and development of our children.

Salary: Above award + super + a range of benefits including childcare discounts, estimated salary $85,000 - $95,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging their expertise in child development and early years content to enhance our educational programs.
  • Collaborating with educators to design and implement engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse needs and abilities.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with families and community members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Mentoring and coaching staff to promote a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and shared knowledge.
Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current VIC Working with Children Check or VIT Registration.
