  • Assign Jobs and Work Areas: Effectively allocate tasks and work areas to Service Technicians based on their skills and knowledge, ensuring optimal resource utilization and minimizing downtime.
  • Coordinate and Schedule Service Technicians: Efficiently manage the time and workload of Service Technicians, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining accurate invoicing of work orders.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Oversee the performance, absence, and skill development of Service Technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their full potential.
  • Customer Feedback and Problem-Solving: Proactively seek customer feedback, anticipate potential issues, and respond promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Employee Relations: Respond to and resolve employee concerns and issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Quality Control: Review repair work orders for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all necessary parts, materials, and labor are accounted for before releasing equipment to customers.
  • Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the Branch Manager and other Supervisors to achieve departmental goals, improve efficiency, and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Strong Supervisory Experience: Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Equipment Knowledge: Excellent understanding of John Deere and Vermeer equipment design and functionality.
  • Driver's License: Current and valid driver's license.
