We're looking for an eCommerce Manager to take July's online presence to the next level. You'll be the driver of our digital growth, shaping the customer experience from first click through to checkout.

This is a role for someone who blends creativity with commercial thinking, and who gets just as excited about conversion rates and revenue growth as they do about beautiful UX, site & email marketing and digital storytelling.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of July's e-commerce site, ensuring a best-in-class shopping experience across all regions (AU, US, CA, UK, NZ and Asia).
  • Own revenue targets by developing and executing strategies that drive sales growth and meet monthly and annual goals.
  • Lead UX and UI optimisation projects to improve conversion rates, navigation, and overall usability.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to deliver engaging online campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling across digital platforms.
  • Oversee site merchandising, product categorisation, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on site performance, customer behaviour, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with developers and external partners to implement site enhancements, new features, and integrations (CRM, analytics, payment gateways, fulfilment).
  • Set and execute the strategy for all email and SMS marketing flows and campaigns resulting in increased revenue.
  • Manage databases in all regions, focusing on list growth.
  • Ensure optimisation of all email & SMS flows with regular refreshes to maintain best-in-class standards.
  • Ensure mobile-first design principles and accessibility best practices are consistently applied.
  • Maintain alignment between online and offline retail channels for a seamless omnichannel customer experience.
  • Stay ahead of emerging e-commerce trends, platforms, and technologies to ensure July remains competitive.

What you'll bring

  • 4–6 years' experience managing e-commerce in retail, fashion, or consumer brands.
  • Proven success driving measurable growth through UX/UI improvements.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Shopify Plus (or similar).
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with confidence in GA4, Hotjar, and CRO tools.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A balance of creative thinking and commercial results focus.
  • Degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, Design—or equivalent experience.
