As they work towards NSW Government accreditation, they seek a full-time Compliance Manager to enhance their capability and ensure compliance with Child Safety Standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain NSW Child Safe standards across the business
  • Ensure regulatory compliance for audits
  • Recognize key indicators of standards and legislation
  • Lead and present audit evidence
  • Train staff on compliance requirements
  • Audit accommodation sites and ensure compliance on a weekly basis
  • Maintain compliance records
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes
  • Identify and mitigate risks
About You

As Compliance Manager, you will be experienced, organized, and able to thrive in a reactive environment.
