As an Emergency Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of emergency services across Brisbane. This involves coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain high standards of service delivery and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within the team.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, experience in handling sensitive information, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You will be responsible for managing a team, developing and implementing procedures to ensure compliance with standards and regulations, and driving performance excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and report on business deliverables including program deliverables, response activities, and projects as directed
- Manage and develop team members to achieve high standards of service delivery
- Develop, review, and enhance systems and procedures to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Assist in resolving complex and emerging issues, escalating to senior management when necessary
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in coordinating a team in a dynamic environment
- Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of effective communication and relationship-building
