Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a part-time position in our emergency response team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls triggered by medical and duress alarms, dispatching emergency services where required, and providing reassurance and remaining calm under pressure.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to think critically and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.

The position is based in our Brisbane office, with hybrid work opportunities available once trained.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A natural people person with empathy and a calm phone manner
  • Strong resilience and ability to stay composed in emergencies
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Good computer skills and fast, accurate typing
  • First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
