About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Injury Lawyer to join our team, specialising in workers' compensation and public liability cases. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by advocating for their rights and securing fair compensation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of relevant NSW workers compensation legislation and court practice/procedure, as well as litigation experience and strong communication, advocacy, and people skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage legal cases from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective resolution for clients;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve case goals and outcomes;
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to build strong cases;
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to secure fair compensation for clients;
About You

We are looking for a talented and dedicated lawyer who is passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in plaintiff personal injury law, including NSW statutory workers compensation;
  • Strong knowledge of NSW workers compensation legislation and court practice/procedure;
  • Excellent communication, advocacy, and people skills;
  • A proactive and 'can-do' attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow;
