About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our team as a Workers Compensation and Public Liability Lawyer. Reporting to an experienced Partner, you will have the autonomy to take ownership of your own hybrid practice, handling WC, WID, and public liability cases.

Salary & Benefits

Job Description

As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for managing your own cases from start to finish, working autonomously in a busy and fast-paced environment. Your expertise will be sought after by clients seeking expert advice in workers' compensation, common law work injury damages, and public liability matters.

  • Manage your own hybrid practice, handling WC, WID, and public liability cases.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 4 years' experience as a Personal Injury Solicitor.
  • Proven experience in managing your own cases from start to finish in at least 2 or more areas: statutory WC, public liability, and common law work injury damages.
  • Excellent communication, time prioritisation, and client management skills.
  • Ambition and a results-driven approach to work.
