Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Strategist to drive our web presence, email marketing automation, and SEO initiatives forward.

The Role

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage our online presence, deliver data-informed campaigns, and optimize performance across key digital channels.

  • Own SEO performance—optimising for traffic, engagement, and conversion
  • Manage and maintain CMS content updates across our website
  • Deliver high-performing email marketing campaigns (including A/B testing)
  • Partner with product and growth teams to support platform adoption and feature launches
  • Monitor performance metrics across key digital channels and iterate based on insights
What You Bring To The Role

As a self-starting Marketing Strategist, you have ~5 years' experience in digital marketing. You're confident wearing multiple hats and moving between strategy and execution.

  • Has solid experience across CMS platforms
  • Knows their way around email automation and has executed effective campaigns
  • Understands how to grow web traffic and boost SEO performance
  • Can translate analytics into action (and isn't afraid to test, tweak, and repeat)
  • Thrives in an autonomous role and loves solving problems proactively
  • Is comfortable working independently and managing time effectively
