Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a Marketing Strategist to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive business growth and alignment with company objectives.
Your New Role- You will plan and implement effective marketing strategies, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to manage new business development and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- You will design and deliver ongoing marketing support by developing agent training sessions, sharing knowledge, and implementing cost-effective marketing plans.
- You will streamline marketing processes by refining existing processes, recommending enhancements, and applying industry best practices.
- You will manage budgeted resources by anticipating expenditures and accurately forecasting resource needs/costs.
- You will contribute to a positive environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and guiding leaders to reward performance and value diversity, inclusion, flexibility, continuous improvement, collaboration, creativity, and fun.
- Avoid unnecessary travel and work mainly from home with local and occasional overnight travel required.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 4 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field.
- Advanced working knowledge of events affecting the industry, including understanding of competition and the marketplace.
- Preferred candidates will have increasing levels of responsibility and preferably hold claims or crop insurance experience.
