This exciting opportunity is for a commercially driven Marketer to lead the marketing strategy and execution of our brand under our division. You will thrive on owning and driving outcomes and working closely with our team and management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the marketing budget and executing the marketing plan in line with the broader business strategy and commercial objectives.
• Continuing to roll out the brand identity and CVP across all channels and acting as a brand steward to drive preference and build equity.
• Coordinating the optimisation of a new website and modifications to digital platforms.
• Managing external agencies to develop creative and media campaigns across all channels.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to identify problems and create objectives to be achieved through the application of marketing strategies.
• Serving as a Subject Matter Expert; providing advice to stakeholders on campaign activities and approaches appropriate for their market/customers.
• Establishing campaign KPIs and benchmarks for all marketing activities to optimise performance against.
• Acting as the voice of the customer internally, championing the customer's needs and pushing for continuous improvement of the customer experience.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• A degree level qualification in a digital, marketing or business related discipline.
• 7+ years of marketing experience with a proven record of delivering results.
• Proven ability to utilise marketing analytics when planning and executing campaigns to deliver on leads, sales and conversion rate targets.
• Technical expertise in digital marketing execution, specifically in email, social, and website.
• Experience with managing the production of above the line campaigns and working with a media agency to execute a targeted media plan in line with the broader business strategy.
• Solid engagement, communications, and project management skills, including management of internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience managing and enforcing branding standards and practices.
• Comfortable to contribute to new partnership pitch decks and present in person on behalf of Marketing.
