Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage overall club operations, including reporting, budgeting, and team training.
  • Oversee local marketing through B2B partnerships.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and club operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of leadership/management experience preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in gym work and fitness background is preferred.
  • Must be First Aid & CPR certified or willing to obtain within three weeks.
  • Must hold or start the process for WWC (working with children) certificate/number for NSW & VIC, Blue Card for QLD from employment start date.
