Advance Fitness provides a welcoming atmosphere where our goal is to help more people enjoy the benefits of a healthy, active lifestyle. We are now looking for an energetic Group Fitness Coordinator to join our Shepparton team

What does the role involve?

  • Manage and develop the Group Fitness timetable
  • Recruit, mentor, and support group fitness instructors
  • Lead by example by teaching classes with energy and professionalism
  • Drive class participation and engagement across the club
  • Ensure the highest standard of class delivery and member experience
  • 4 - 6 hours a week

What We're Looking For:

  • Certificate III in Fitness (Group Exercise Instructor qualification essential)
  • Previous experience in group fitness instructing
  • Strong leadership, organisational and communication skill
  • Passion for fitness and helping members achieve results

  • Availability to teach multiple classes per week

  • Can work flexible hours
