We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our team as a Club General Manager.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of leadership experience, with a strong background in operations management and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote our mission and values throughout the club
- Lead a high-performing team aligned with our vision
- Manage overall club operations, including reporting, budgeting, and team training
- Oversee local marketing through B2B partnerships
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and club operations, achieving at least 95% Brand Excellence Review scores monthly
- Oversee payroll and labor budgets
Preferred Qualifications:
- First Aid & CPR certification or willingness to obtain within three weeks
- WCW (working with children) certificate/number for NSW & VIC, Blue Card for QLD
