Remit

Promote our mission of impacting lives through fun, affordable fitness, and embody our House of Values.

Ensure the club is staffed with team members aligned with our vision.

Communicate, lead, and achieve monthly SMART goals aligned with strategic priorities.

Manage overall club operations, including reporting, budgeting, and team training.

Oversee local marketing through B2B partnerships.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and club operations, achieving at least 95% Brand Excellence Review scores monthly.

Oversee payroll and labor budgets.

Experience/Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of leadership/management experience preferred or equivalent experience

Experience in gym work and fitness background is preferred.

Must be First Aid & CPR certified or willing to obtain within three weeks.

Must hold or start the process for WWC (working with children) certificate/number for NSW & VIC, Blue Card for QLD from employment start date.
