Job Description
  • Maintain and update the site asset register to ensure accuracy and completeness by tracking assets, their locations, and associated data.
  • Support integration of new assets, asset disposal records, and lifecycle tagging to ensure seamless maintenance and operations.
  • Prepare and provide data for lifecycle planning and condition audits, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Planner to input and review Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules, ensuring timely and effective maintenance.
  • Support internal audits by preparing required documentation and registers, maintaining data integrity and ensuring compliance.
Requirements
  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field (desirable).
  • Experience using Asset Management Systems, such as QFM or CMMS, to efficiently manage assets and data.
  • Proven expertise in managing and delivering FM projects and building works, including estimating, programming, and planning.
  • Experience in planning and developing annual budgets and programs, aligning resources with business objectives.
  • Proven ability to plan and develop Asset Maintenance Plans across multiple sites and varied asset types.
