Job Title

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset Management Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work in a hybrid arrangement, with regular business hours from Monday to Friday. They will be responsible for managing high-quality records related to monitored assets and software registrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the coordination of asset management activities, including tracking purchases and ensuring accurate recordings in procurement, finance, and asset databases.
  • Coordinate software purchases for the department and accurately record IT assets in relevant databases.
  • Manage asset databases by continuing administration and maintenance of these systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing ICT assets or other types of assets, such as data entry for hardware and peripherals.
  • Demonstrated experience in responding to enquiries regarding technical or process issues.
  • Proven experience with asset monitoring and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of administrative/financial support for software provision charges.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for presenting reports and communicating with stakeholders.
  • High level of attention to detail and customer service.
