Job Role Overview

The role of a Material Coordinator involves ensuring the effective management and coordination of advertising materials for campaign bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to sales and agency inquiries or requests regarding advertising material for campaign bookings.
  • Ensure all creative assets are delivered within the required timeframe to meet published deadlines.
  • Identify any creative assets that cannot be aired as per instructions due to invalid dates, incorrect duration, or other reasons, and advise sales and/or clients accordingly.
  • Resolve technical problems with commercial delivery in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • A high degree of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the Commercial Television Industry Code of Practice is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience working in a media environment is also desirable but not essential.
