The Opportunity

This pivotal leadership role will drive strategic transformation and deliver long-term impact, combining professional excellence with purpose.

  • Lead the design and delivery of a centre-led procurement model that achieves compliance, efficiency, and exceptional value.
  • Provide expertise in complex procurement, vendor performance, and contract lifecycle management.
  • Align procurement with organisational strategic goals, sustainability commitments, and values.
  • Build and inspire a high-performing team with a strong commercial mindset and service excellence culture.
  • Drive supplier engagement and third-party contracting compliance, embedding probity and transparency.
About You

We seek an Executive level procurement leader who combines commercial acumen with values-based leadership.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Law, Finance, or a related field are essential.
  • Membership with a recognised procurement body is highly regarded.
  • Deep expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement risk, and vendor assurance is required.
  • Strong digital capability with ERP/procurement platforms and analytics tools is necessary.
  • Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams and building organisational capability is crucial.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
  • A commitment to ethical procurement, sustainability, and social responsibility is vital.
