Job Description

Our client is a national leader in the outdoor, recreational, and lifestyle products sector. They operate multiple brands across manufacturing, warehousing, and retail, with a strong presence in the market.

This role will initially focus on building the foundations of the finance and IT functions, working closely with the CEO and Board. Key responsibilities include leading transformation programs, delivering accurate financial information, optimising systems and processes, and partnering with sales and operations teams.

The ideal candidate will be CA/CPA qualified, with experience as Head of Finance or Financial Controller. They should have a strong general ledger discipline, commercial acumen, and leadership skills to foster capability and accountability within the team.
