Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate satellite earth station operations including 1.8M up to 9M tracking antennas, RF/microwave electronics, and monitor and control system software.
  • Maintain diverse RF systems through direct work or leading vendors on how to do the work while maintaining documentation associated to incidents along with leading projects on systems.
Requirements:
  • Two year Associate Degree or equivalent related to RF Communications.
  • Five plus years experience running gateway uplink antenna systems, earth stations or running applicable projects or programs.
  • Experience maintaining Satellite or Terrestrial Microwave Earth Stations.
  • Experience using RF test equipment such as Spectrum analyzer Signal Generator.
  • Ability to perform 24x7 On-Call support on rotating basis.
  • Ability to lift 11.3 kg.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Legally authorized to work in Australia.
