
Water Safety Leader

The Aquatics Supervisor oversees lifeguards, ensuring health and safety compliance and maintaining a safe aquatic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise lifeguard operations, deployment, rotations, and roster management
- Ensure accurate documentation, record-keeping, and reporting across all aquatic operations
- Conduct audits of lifeguards and enforce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the leadership team
- Act as a member of the emergency response team, providing direction during incidents and participating in emergency response activities
- Maintain a thorough understanding of comprehensive aquatic risk management programs and international lifeguard training standards
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality training for aquatic team members
- Recruit, train, and develop lifeguard staff in alignment with industry guidelines
- Ellis & Associates International Lifeguard Training Program Special Facilities Lifeguard License
- Alive Solutions Dispatch Smart certification
- Current Working with Children Check
- Fluent English language skills
- Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Instructor License
- Tertiary Degree in Business / Recreation and Sports Management
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment
- Demonstrated leadership experience in waterpark or similar working environment
