We're looking for a medical professional who can manage and oversee the treatment of patients within the service, working closely with Consultants, Nurses, and Allied Health professionals. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of care we provide, as you engage in Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives and participate in ongoing educational activities.

The Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre site is changing its profile due to the growing demand for management of older persons with various levels of medical and social complexity. As a Senior Medical Practitioner, you'll have the opportunity to develop or enhance your skills in multidisciplinary care models, geriatric care, including medical assessment, medication management, acute deterioration, and more.
