Medical Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Hampstead Centre as part of our CO-ACT program. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary team, helping to shape and implement an innovative model of care for older adults transitioning from acute to ongoing care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the treatment of patients within the service, working closely with Consultants, Nurses, and Allied Health professionals
- Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives and engage in ongoing educational activities to enhance expertise
- Develop skills in multidisciplinary care models, geriatric care, medication management, and capacity assessments
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where collaboration is key, and input on improving systems and practices is highly valued. You will play a crucial role in improving patient outcomes and making a real difference in the community.
What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $89,253 to $144,291 p.a., plus 11.5% Superannuation
