The Role:

We are seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join our dynamic team at the Geriatric Evaluation Management Unit. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to best practices, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centred care plans, ensuring optimal outcomes for our valued patients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a dedicated team of healthcare professionals
  • Overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to best practices
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centred care plans

Requirements:

To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
