As a Senior Risk and Change Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping and embedding a proactive, safety-by-design approach to risk and change management across our operation. You will work closely with senior leaders, project managers, and technical specialists to ensure operational changes are implemented safely and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating and assessing risks associated with change initiatives
  • Developing and implementing risk controls to mitigate potential hazards
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address safety concerns

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in safety management, risk, or a related discipline (desired)
  • 4+ years' experience in risk and change management within aviation or a high-reliability industry
  • Proven ability to lead complex change programs and manage multiple priorities
