As a Receptionist at a wildlife hospital, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of native wildlife.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer enquiries with professionalism and monitor phones.
  • Assist with data entry and filing, as well as scheduling consultations for wildlife.
  • Liaise with local and interstate Wildlife rehabilitators and assist with admitting emergency patients.
  • Provide general telephone advice on wildlife to the public and monitor internal communication channels for animal emergencies.
Essential Requirements
  • A minimum 2 years experience in Office & Administration.
  • A current Driver's Licence and own transport.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high-level customer service and great communication skills.
