Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of air freight export consolidations, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain rigorous monitoring of cargo status, swiftly identifying incidents and driving resolutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Optimize consolidations and bookings for maximum efficiency, fostering strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • Cultivate expertise in documentation workflows from creation to distribution, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience in Export Air Freight (essential)
  • Proven knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics principles
  • CargoWise1 proficiency (highly desirable)
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments
