Global Logistics Coordinator

This role involves the oversight of global logistics operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in every shipment. Key responsibilities include freight movement management, coordination of shipping documentation, liaison with freight forwarders, customs, and transport companies.
- Effective management of import and export logistics across various markets.
- Monitoring and adherence to regulatory standards for compliance purposes.
- Strengthening relationships with customers, service providers, and suppliers.
- Preparation of financial reports and statements related to export-import operations.
- At least 3+ years' experience in an export/logistics position within a medium to large organisation.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (preferred).
- Proficiency in SAP and Ozdocs Export Software.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international trade procedures.
- Experience with export/import documentation.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural communication. They must be detail-oriented and results-driven, with a strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A proactive and flexible approach is essential in this dynamic environment.
