Job Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our team as an Educator in Training. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills in early childhood education.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and colleagues
- Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and our centre's policies, procedures, and requirements
- B build strong, positive relationships with children and families
- Contribute to the development of a high-quality education program in the room and across the centre
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and professional work culture
Eligibility Criteria:
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- No previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years
- A willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
