We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at QIMA. As an Ethical Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' suppliers meet rigorous standards for labor rights, health and safety, and environmental security.
Key Responsibilities- Audit manufacturing sites of suppliers, identifying areas of non-compliance with international standards or client procedures.
- Record findings in detailed reports, delivered to clients, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with factory management to address violations and ensure compliance.
- Participate in client meetings to develop custom quality control procedures.
- Contribute ideas for improving operations projects.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- APSCA registration is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of SA8000/ISO14001/ICTI/C-TPAT/WRAP/BSCI.
- Experience in 3rd-party auditing and environmental audits.
- Recent experience in SMETA/BSCI/SA8000/WRAP or mixed audits.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
