As a key member of our occupational rehabilitation services, you will work collaboratively with clients, employers, and healthcare experts to help individuals achieve optimal outcomes and live life to their fullest potential.

About the Role:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact by optimising work and life for all people. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, interventions, and case management, working within frameworks such as DVA and Workers' Compensation. Our caseloads are manageable, and our consultants work together with Rehabilitation Assistants to reduce administrative tasks.

  • Clinical Case Management: Conduct assessments and develop individualised plans to support clients in achieving their goals.">
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with clients, employers, medical professionals, and other healthcare experts to ensure seamless service delivery.">
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in social rehabilitation and related areas.">

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary Qualifications: A degree in Social Work or a related field.">
  • Skills: Excellent time management, ability to work autonomously and within a team, passion for injury prevention, return to work, and community engagement.">
  • Certifications: A current driver's license and access to a vehicle.">
