The Senior Call Centre Team Manager is responsible for leading a team of specialists who support customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Effectively manage a team, being the main point of escalation and creating an environment where customer needs are exceeded and loyalty is earned
- Candidates will require strong leadership skills, experience in coaching and performance management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills
