Call Centre Operations Director

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the operations of two call centres across South Australia, Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and enhance customer experience.
About the Role:
As a Regional Call Centre Manager, you will lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment. Your expertise in data analysis and interpretation will enable you to foster a strong business acumen and make informed decisions.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing and maintaining proficiency with relevant systems and call centre technologies. Additionally, you will develop and implement strategies to improve and standardise service across the network.
- Lead by example and promote a positive work environment.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have relevant experience in a leadership position within a call centre environment. You should possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Prioritise tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines.
