Randstad is currently seeking customer service professionals for multiple full-time positions with a well-known national and vibrant client. These roles are located within the Adelaide CBD, offering flexibility to drive or use public transport.

Role Overview

The core responsibility of this role is to provide an excellent customer service experience during all customer interactions. Tasks may include:

  1. Being one of the first points of contact for inquiries
  2. Triage and redirect calls to appropriate queues
  3. Maintaining an empathetic and positive attitude
  4. Handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  5. Performing administrative duties such as filing and scanning
  6. Managing customer inquiries via phone or email, including inbound and outbound calls
  7. Data entry into internal databases and systems
Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who:

  1. Are passionate about helping people
  2. Have a strong background in customer service, from call centres, retail, reception, admin, hospitality, etc.
  3. Possess a high level of attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
  4. Are adaptable and quick to learn new systems and processes
  5. Are eager to develop their customer service skills and advance their career
