Are you a seasoned professional with experience in bid strategy and execution?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Pursuit Manager, driving excellence in bid development across major projects.

About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled bid specialist to lead high-profile pursuits, working closely with senior stakeholders and technical experts. You'll coordinate multiple bids of varying scale and complexity, ensuring every submission is sharp, strategic, and client-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the full bid lifecycle, from strategy and scheduling through to production and submissionDrive consistency, compliance, and quality across all pursuitsPartner with teams to shape win strategies and support client-facing initiativesMentor junior team members and share best practice to lift performance across the functionAnalyse bid outcomes to improve processes and success rates

About You

We're looking for a proven bids specialist with:

  • 6+ years' experience leading bids and pursuits within a professional services environment (legal, accounting, property, engineering)
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofing skills
  • Excellent influencing and relationship-building abilities
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office
